A rowdy must read!

Meadow DeVor and the rowdy writers just absolutely blow me away. Honest, raw and real, these women share without apology and with total reverence for living their truth. Inspiring feels like too small of a word to describe the hopeful authenticity with which these phenomenal women tell their stories. Each vignette into a rowdy life shares a key tenet of how they undid years of debilitating thought patterns. It's not a preachy rah rah self help book. It's a portrayal of lives turned around in a bold, bad as_ way through the no holds barred coaching approach of Meadow DeVor. Beautifully written. I can't recommend this book highly enough.

Treasure.

Holding this book in your hand is like holding a treasure map with X's all over it. The group of women known as The Rowdies, under the guidance of an incredibly gifted coach, has created a spectacularly valuable book for anyone who has something in their life they'd like to change. Heartfelt, personal and vulnerable stories document how each contributor has addressed a point of struggle in their lives and come to peace with it. If you have something in your life that *you* would like to come to peace with, this collection of essays and accompanying brilliant coaching questions will set you on the path.

Smart, sometimes witty, vulnerable, and always committed to living their best lives, The Rowdies share how they, under the guidance of a brilliant coach/mentor/teacher and the support of their fellow Rowdies, applied each principle and turned around lifelong struggles with their finances, their weight, their relationships, and their thinking. A must-read for anyone who intuitively knows that she was meant for more than the status quo.
